From 1993 to 1995, the Beijing Electron-Positron Collider produced 3.7 million Ψ(2S) mesons in the Beijing Spectrometer (BES) experiment. This sample is used to study decays of the Ψ(2S) meson which result in exclusive pairs of octet and decuplet baryons. I report branching ratios for Ψ' →, pp, ΛΛ, Σ0Σ0, [...], Δ++Δ--, Σ*+Σ*-, [...], and Ω-Ω+. Results are compared to expectations based on perturbative QCD, the SU(3)-flavor symmetry and factorization.
