Abstract

NOTE: Text or symbols not renderable in plain ASCII are indicated by [...]. Abstract is included in .pdf document. The beta decay shape factor of the 4.8 minute isotope Tl[^207] is measured to be (.0423 ? .0006)(1 + (.024 ? .010)W) using solid state detectors. The result is interpreted in terms of the shell model. The properties of the solid state beta spectrometer are described.
