Abstract
The area described in this report includes the extreme south western portion of the El Paso range which lies in the northern part of the Mojave desert and takes in the area in and about Red Rock Canyon. The purpose of this report is to show the areal geology and structural relations existing. Those engaged in this work were L.C. Hookway, Alex Clark and the writer. Regular trips were made to the field during the academic year of 1927 - 1928. Altogether about two months were spent in the field.
