usage:

amplitude.x <input> [-detail] [Tv=temperature] [Tr=temperature] [zmt=file] [task=build/internal/shrunk/shrink/jump/walk/run] [curvatur=#]

input = gaussian.fchk, gamess.dat, or data.finp of its own format

temperature : given positive number will be assigned equally to all normal mode
	-filename will read the temperature of each mode from the file, and assign them

zmt consists of title/number of atoms/list of atoms/blank/
zmt consists of title/number of atoms/list of atoms/blank/list of redundant coordinate in name or number

task=build/internal/shrunk/shrink/jump/walk/run

	build : will generate candidate of redundant coordinate set using names supplied in zmt
	internal : harmonic amplitude in internal coordinate
	shrunk : shrinkage effect
	shrink : shrinkage effect + local centrifugal distortion
	jump : anharmonic amplitude, similar to shrunk
	walk : anharmonic amplitude, by exploring vibrational path
	run : anharmonic amplitude + local centrifugal distortion by exploring vibrational path

curvature=# selects method of curvature evaluation, all 3 are equivalent
	1 : dB/dx
	2 : dB^-1/dx
	3 : dG^-1/dr (default)

-detail prints out more detail
